Colin James in Concert
Sunday, February 25th, 2007Christine and I drove down to Calgary last night to see Colin James at the Jubilee. He is someone I’ve been wanting to see for quite some time and I am glad that now I have. Colin performed with his band, The Little Big Band, which consisted of piano/organ player, drummer, tenor saxaphone, baritone saxaphone, trumpet, and trombone. Colin and the band were very tight and each member had several opportunities to display their particular skill. I was a bit disappointed that Colin didn’t perform any of his pre Little Big Band material, but overall I had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed the show.
